Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
To start a return, email us at info@nisaara.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To make an exchange, return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
